20th May – Chairman’s Annual Report
The Parish Council was unable to hold the Annual Meeting of Electors this year due to the Government’s Coronavirus restrictions. This meeting is likely to be held later this year instead. Chairman Ann Lloyd has written the Annual Report for 2019-20, which you can read here: Chairman’s Report
20th May – Pandemic Survey
West Sussex County Council has launched a survey to gather your views and to assess the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on your lives. They want to know how your lives have changed, how you are coping and what your thoughts are on life after this crisis. Your answers will help to shape the response to the current crisis as well as their plans for the future. Complete the survey by 31st May here.
May – Hollands Way Playground
The Parish Council has placed the order for the new playground equipment with Eibe and works are expected to start on site at the end of June! A big thank you goes out to all those who have donated towards this project. We still need to raise a final £3000 and the Playground Working Group will be holding some more fundraising events once the lockdown is over. You can still make a donation directly to the project using the bank details on the Playground web page or by sending a cheque to our Clerk.
